Joseph Flanagan is the Director of CARE & Case Management at Fitchburg State University, a newly established department that supports students in navigating academic, personal, and medical difficulties. Joe is an alumni of Fitchburg State, and received his Master’s Degree in Student Development in Higher Education from the University of Maine in Orono. Joe brings over 11 years of experience in the field, and a passion for aligning process with collaboration in support of students.
