Elizabeth is a licensed attorney serving as Equity Counsel/Title IX Coordinator for Boulder Valley School District. At BVSD, she works collaboratively with District leaders to improve educational and workplace environments for the BVSD community and also co-leads a monthly discussion group comprised of Title IX Coordinators working in Colorado public school districts. Elizabeth is a graduate of BVSD public schools and a proud parent of two BVSD students. Prior to joining BVSD, Elizabeth was a trial attorney and represented school districts across Colorado. Elizabeth also works as an employment consultant, helping employers navigate complicated matters relating to the workplace environment including issues of equity, inclusion, and risk management. She received her undergraduate degree from CU Boulder and attended law school at the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C.
