Dr. Tanya C. Ingram, has dedicated over 25 years to transforming lives through community college leadership. With degrees from Norfolk State, George Mason, Houston Graduate School of Theology, and Argosy University, she currently serves as Dean of Students at College of the Mainland in Texas City, Texas. Her career spans roles at multiple institutions, to include Northern Virginia Community College, Laurel Ridge Community College, Winchester, VA. and Houston City College, Houston Texas. Dr. Ingram champions access and success for students all students especially, first-generation, veterans and military affiliated students and low-income students. She enjoys working with students, collaborating with faculty, designing and implementing programs and shaping policy to create pathways that change economic trajectories and build sustainable futures.
