Courtney Lockhart is the lead social services case manager & advocate within Student Outreach & Support at Wichita State University. Courtney graduated from Wichita State University with an Associate of Arts in 2004, a Bachelor of Arts in 2006, a Bachelor of General Studies in 2010, and a Master of Counseling – Higher Education in 2023. Currently, he is working on his Doctor of Educational Leadership at WSU and hopes to continue to give back to the community from which he has abundantly received. Since 2003, he has likewise worked on campus in various capacities, from assisting international students in International Education to leading an awesome team in Financial Aid. Now, he is one of the CARE Team leads, committed to helping ensure students’ needs are met while promoting their wellness and academic success. Courtney enjoys playing the trumpet, vacationing with his family, and making new experiences with his host family in Germany.
