Participating in study abroad programs, externships, auxiliary programs, and similar opportunities can offer students valuable experiences. However, when students venture outside the confines of the campus while still under the stewardship of the school, they encounter a different set of potential risks. Knowing and minimizing the unique risks of each individual program is essential for schools today. TNG offers custom training or multiple sessions on crafting a consistent and practical risk management procedure for each program.
After completing the training, professionals will be able to:
- Assess and develop or enhance risk management policies for applicable programs
- Identify inherent risks, eliminate unnecessary risks, and reduce necessary risks
- Create campus wide and program-specific policies that will reduce risks
