Gain comprehensive training and practical strategies to ensure compliance in K-12 settings. This Essentials Focus Week combines Level One and Level Two certification courses for Coordinators and Investigators, along with specialized instruction in Informal Resolution. Participants will develop the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to manage complaints, conduct investigations, and resolve complaints effectively. Participants will clearly understand their Title IX responsibilities and the ability to implement fair and consistent processes across schools and districts.
