Additional Notes and Disclaimer

The TNG Internship Program is a project-based educational internship focused on content development, research, and organizational support related to civil rights and Title IX. This internship is not a law firm internship, does not provide legal training, and does not offer law school-style legal experience, including client representation, legal drafting, or legal practice hours. Applicants seeking traditional law firm or legal practice experience should carefully consider whether this program aligns goals.

That said, interns will have the opportunity to work alongside attorneys and subject matter experts and gain exposure to how practitioners support clients and the broader field in navigating civil rights and compliance-related issues.

Applicants are responsible for determining whether participation in TNG’s Internship Program meets their institution’s requirements for academic credit, externship approval, or other programmatic purposes. TNG does not verify, coordinate with, or seek approval from academic institutions on behalf of applicants. Any required approvals must be obtained prior to acceptance into the internship program.
