When a new member joins using your unique referral link, you earn referral credits, and your referral receives a discount on their first-year membership. Referral rewards apply across associations. ATIXA and NABITA members may refer new members to either association. It’s a win-win that fuels community growth, member engagement, and professional development.

When logged in as a member, go to My Profile, where you will see your ‘Referral Code’ under My Professional Details.

How It Works

Share Your Referral Link: Your personal referral link is available in your My ATIXA account page. Share it with colleagues or peers who would benefit from joining our community
Your Referral Joins: The new member uses your referral link at the time of purchase and completes their membership payment in full.
Membership Activates: Once the membership becomes active, the referral process is complete.
Earn Quarterly Rewards: Your rewards are issued quarterly as discount codes that can be used toward memberships, trainings, conferences, and select products. These codes expire one year from the date they are issued.

Referral Rewards

Earn rewards for every new membership referral:

  • $50 for each Individual Member
  • $100 for each Institutional Member
  • $150 for each Super Member/K-12 Professional Development Package Holder

Referred members also receive a 5% discount on their first-year membership invoice. To claim the discount, send the invoice to members@atixa.org before submitting payment.

Using Your Discounts

Your referral credits are issued as discount codes each quarter and may be applied toward:

  • ATIXA memberships
  • Subscription upgrades such as +VI
  • eTraining courses
  • Virtual trainings
  • In-person event registration fees
  • New product purchases, including TIXKit

Discount codes expire one year from the issue date.

Member Referral Rewards – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ

Any current ATIXA member in good standing may participate. To be in good standing, your membership dues must be paid in full, you must not have invoices more than 90 days past due, and you must not be in violation of member policies.

You may refer individuals or organizations that:

  • Have never held an ATIXA or NABITA membership, or
  • Had a membership that expired at least two calendar years before the new membership invoice date.

Self-referrals using your own referral code are not allowed and will be disqualified. However, individual members may refer their own organization for membership. In these cases, any unused balance from the individual membership cannot be credited toward the organizational membership.

No. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make in a membership year.

No. Only one referring member may be credited for each new member.

A referral is considered converted when:

  • The new member uses your referral link or declares your referral at sign-up,
  • The membership payment is completed in full, and
  • The membership becomes active

You can earn the following discount codes for each successful referral:

  • $50 for each new Individual Member
  • $100 for each new Institutional Member
  • $150 for each new Super Member or K–12 Professional Development Package Holder

No. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

Only one discount code can be applied per transaction by default. Members may contact members@atixa.org to request assistance with applying multiple codes, subject to approval.

If the discount exceeds the order total, the remaining balance is typically forfeited. In some cases, ATIXA may allow a discount code to be split across multiple orders upon request.

Yes, but only with your explicit authorization as the referring member. You may request that ATIXA apply your discount code to another user’s open invoice by contacting members@atixa.org.
