Answer:
Although the 2024 Title IX regulations do not include a definition of “partial removal,” the preamble to the 2024 Title IX regulations notes that consistent with the 2020 Title IX regulations, the 2024 Title IX regulations permit a recipient “to remove a respondent on an emergency basis from one or more parts of its education program or activity.” 89 FR 33617.
