This Slack workspace (“Workspace”) is provided as-is by the Association of Title IX Administrators and The National Association for Behavioral Intervention and Threat Assessment (collectively, “Provider”) and is designed to foster professional discussions, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing among participants. To ensure a productive, respectful, and professional environment, all users must agree to the following terms before joining.
1. Purpose & Intended Use
The Workspace is a resource to discuss industry trends, share relevant articles and resources, contribute to relevant topic discussions, and support one another. This space is not intended for:
• Marketing, solicitation, or promotional activities.

3. Confidentiality & Privacy
While this is a collaborative space, participants must not share confidential, proprietary, or legally sensitive information about their organizations, clients, or other third parties.
• Messages and files shared in the Workspace may be retained per Slack’s data policies.

• If conducting surveys or polls, request responses via direct messages or external survey tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey).
• Provider reserves the right to remove any posts deemed inappropriate, misleading, or disruptive.
6. No Endorsement or Legal Advice
