Abigail Boyer, M.S.

Abigail Boyer is a nonprofit leader with more than a decade of experience advancing campus safety, equity, and prevention at the national level. She has held executive and senior leadership roles, including Interim Executive Director and Associate Executive Director of the national nonprofit Clery Center, where she oversaw organizational strategy, federal grant programs, and cross-sector partnerships with higher education institutions, law enforcement, and community organizations.

Abigail is a nationally recognized expert on the Clery Act and campus safety compliance, leading strategic initiatives that improve institutional policies, education, and practices across colleges and universities nationwide. Abigail brings deep expertise in policy, prevention, and organizational leadership. She has led initiatives that strengthen transparency, accountability, and safety in higher education, including programs addressing hazing, sexual misconduct, and broader campus safety. She played a key role in advancing the Stop Campus Hazing Act and spearheaded the development of We Don’t Haze, a nationally recognized prevention program and award-winning documentary that has been used by campuses across the country to spark dialogue, center values, and promote safer, more inclusive communities.

She holds a B.A. in Political Science from West Chester University and an M.S. in Organization Development and Leadership, with a concentration in Adult Learning and Training, from Saint Joseph’s University.
