Alexander Waitt, LPC, M.S., M.S.Ed., is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Co-Founder of the Alliance for Motivational Interviewing Growth and Advancement, AMIGA LLC, and a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. He serves as Community Liaison Director on the MINT Board of Directors. Alex provides Motivational Interviewing training, coaching, and implementation support for organizations working in complex service settings. His work focuses on helping professionals use practical, teachable communication strategies in conversations involving authority, accountability, safety, ambivalence, and behavior change.
