Charlene M. Brennan, D.Ed., is a retired educator, having spent 36 years actively working in Pennsylvania school districts and intermediate units as a teacher and administrator. Since her retirement in 2019, she has spent an additional seven years assisting districts as an education consultant under her own company, Brennan Education Services, LLC.
In 2023, Dr. Brennan was asked to assist the King Spry Law firm in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, with its investigations and compliance matters, focusing on federal statutes Title VI, VII, and especially Title IX. She is ATIXA-certified in Title VI and certified in Title IX as a Title IX Coordinator, Investigator, Informal Resolution Facilitator, Decision-Maker, and Appeals Decision-Maker. She has experience serving in all of these roles for K-12 and as an Investigator and Informal Resolution Facilitator for Higher Education.
Dr. Brennan lives in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, with her husband.
