Her work focuses on helping institutions navigate complex student issues through collaborative, compassionate, and accountable approaches that support both individual wellbeing and community safety. Sarah is passionate about leadership development, mentoring professionals, and fostering authentic connection while engaging in challenging and meaningful work. A frequent presenter and facilitator, she brings a practical, people-centered perspective informed by extensive experience in student conduct, crisis response, and campus support systems.
