Title VI Adminstrators should provide this notification letter to Parties involved in a Title VI report/complaint when one or more of the Parties have requested Informal Resolution but that request has been denied either due to lack of consent from other Parties or the Title VI Administrator determines that Informal Resolution is not appropriate or available.
