Title VI Adminstrators should provide this notification letter to Parties involved in a Title VI complaint when all parties consent to Informal Resolution being used to resolve a Title VI report/complaint and the Title VI Administrator agrees that Informal Resolution is an appropriate mechanism to attempt to resolve the report/complaint.
