Title VI Policy & Procedure (P&P) Builder

ATIXA specializes in policy and procedure frameworks. Our policy and procedure (P&P) models have been widely recognized and adopted by thousands of institutions across the United States for Title IX. We are excited to introduce the ATIXA Policy & Procedure (P&P) Builder for our Title VI Model Policy. This exclusive resource streamlines policy and procedure customization while ensuring compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and related civil rights responsibilities. Only ATIXA + VI Super & K-12 Professional Development subscribers have access to this Tool. To use, go to your My ATIXA page and see the sidebar “P&P Builder.”
Title VI Job Descriptions
These job descriptions are designed to clarify key roles in supporting institutional compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and related civil rights responsibilities. Each role is framed to reflect core functions, required competencies, and institutional variables that may influence implementation. These descriptions draw from ATIXA’s guidance and best practices, offering flexible templates that can be tailored to your campus’s structure, size, and governance model. While the responsibilities outlined are comprehensive, they are not exhaustive and should be adapted to align with campus-specific policies, jurisdictional authority, and whether Title VI is addressed through standalone or integrated roles. These job descriptions are only available for those with an ATIXA + VI subscription. Click here to access.
Title VI Case Studies
This packet presents a series of case studies paired with structured discussion guides to support critical dialogue about potential policy violations under Title VI. The guides prompt consideration of various institutional factors, such as campus-specific policies, whether the institution is public or private, jurisdictional boundaries, and the credibility of those involved. The analytical framework draws from ATIXA’s Model Policy aligned with Title VI, offering illustrative—not absolute—responses to demonstrate how these cases might be examined in practice. This document is only available for those with an ATIXA + VI subscription. Click here to access.
The ATIXA Title VI Sixserv

The main ATIXA Listserv is included in ATIXA memberships; the Sixserv is the platform for those with ATIXA + VI subscriptions, specifically dedicated to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act and related civil rights roles, scenario-based issues, and responsibilities. Within 24 hours of your subscription being activated, you will be added to the Sixserv.
