What is a challenge you face doing Title IX work?
It is a challenge to always be trying to make sure we follow ED’s regulations, and because of our membership with ATIXA, we are much more likely to be able to avoid any complaints filed with the OCR.

The Model 1P/2P Policy was a “brain-reliever” when it came to rewriting our Sexual Misconduct Policy integrating the new Title IX Regulations.
