Lyda Costello Kiser (she/her) is the Executive Director for Title IX at Stetson University and the Stetson University College of Law. Dr. Kiser has worked in higher education since 2009 with specific work in Title IX beginning in 2011. She has served on multidisciplinary teams for Policy Management, Threat Assessment Management, Emergency Response, Student Support, Diversity/Equity/Inclusion, and Coordinated Community Response. Dr. Kiser has certifications from NASPA, ATIXA, NACUA, and special certifications related to Threat Assessment Management, Violence Risk Assessments, and FERPA Compliance. She holds a Doctorate in Higher Education from George Mason University, a Masters in Public Administration from George Mason University, a Masters in History Education from Shenandoah University, and a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from West Virginia University.
